This week, I once again had the pleasure of attending the Lean Leader Summit in Munich—and it was absolutely worth it! It’s always a joy to reconnect with familiar faces and meet new ones. Events like this are such a great opportunity to nurture and expand your professional network.
The selection of topics for the talks was excellent. I particularly enjoyed: Dr. Thomas Meintrup’s presentation on „Agile Transformation from an Architecture Perspective“ Julie Short’s talk on „Enterprise Architecture: The People Have Spoken.“ Tania Schmid’s workshop on resilience.
It’s always inspiring to take away new ideas for my own work while also sharing my own experiences with others.
