As Director Customer Success Management DACH at LeanIX, Carsten Schütz leads a team of Customer Success Managers who are responsible for successfully managing the transformation and modernization of their customers’ IT infrastructure with LeanIX. He and his team are the ‘Trusted Advisors’ at the beginning of onboarding and throughout the customer lifecycle.
While studying media informatics, he started his career at an IT startup as a screen designer and frontend developer. Since graduating, he has more than 11 years of experience in various product owner and project management roles – his stations range from a 360° creative agency to the world’s largest logistics company – before finally joining LeanIX.
