After graduating in business administration, Nora worked for two decades in various roles related to the transformation of companies with the help of IT and digitalization.
For the past 4 years, she has been focusing on transforming the construction industry at Schöck Bauteile and, since 2025, the door and drive technology industry at Marantec. Both being „Open Champions“ in the producing, family-owned German Mittelstand.
Her focus is on the implementation of digitalization in order to consistently align a company with customer benefits – because technology and innovation can only be put to good use, if they solve real problems and enable people and companies to succeed.
